 Here is a virtual opportunity through one of our fine local theatre training organizations: BROADWAY WORKSHOP SERIES 2021 A very rare opportunity to learn from Broadway stars! In lieu of our usual 9-week term, we are offering 5 distinct virtual workshops with 5 amazing Broadway stars! Spend 90 minutes each Saturday with a major Broadway star, as they talk about their careers, the Broadway industry, and share in a Q&A and song performance workshop! (In each class, 6 students will have the opportunity to perform for one of our stars, receiving direction and guidance on their performance.) For those of you who might be interested in an opportunity to get your voice out there into the world, here is a recent posting from our friends at #Enough, with whom PPS and ART collaborated last month to present a city-wide performance opportunity: Raise Your Voice: An Urgent Call for Monologues from Teen Writers   "These tragedies have reminded us that words matter and the power of life and death is in the tongue." - Senate Chaplain Rev. Barry Black   Following the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, #ENOUGH is using its platform to amplify youth voices as our nation faces this time of crisis. We need to hear from our young people, and so do our leaders, now more than ever.    Young writers:  You have up to  5 minutes  - the same amount of time allotted to our Congressional leaders on January 6th to speak their cases. We say monologue, but you can decide what that means. What's most important is your voice. Your voice can offer us vision, reveal hard truths, challenge ou
