FOCUS GROUP 
Please join the writing team of Nico Vilches and Matthew B. Zrebski for a discussion around the theme of Performative Culture. This conversation will have a huge impact on the writing and development of this new musical that will premiere in spring of 2022. Teen West Project always aims to collaborate closely with the Ida B. Wells student body; your voices are critical to this process! You do not need a desire to actually participate in the show to participate in the focus group. Graduated seniors are welcome.

GENERAL INFO 
-The show will feature 16-22 roles, including 4 to 5 substantial non-singing parts. 
-The show will be performed in intimate seating on the stage. The show will feature a live, small pit ensemble of musicians. 
-The general window of commitment for this show will be March 1 – May 15, 2022.

A Time-Sensitive, But Awesome Local/National Project!

  So...this was something that came across my email recently: For anyone who is looking to get involved with a real-world, but virtually produced, project to fill their creative niche, this is the one for you!  Top-shelf local directors, a variety of phenomenal local youth and adult talent...it's an awesome opportunity, y'all! Here Comes The Trick-And-Eat Food Drive Event!

 Join us this Sunday, October 31st (Halloween...duh!) at 600pm in the Vermont St Parking Lot for our annual Trick-And-Eat Food Drive! Here are the details, if you'd like to get dressed up and do some trick-or-treating in support of our Neighborhood House Food Pantry: 1) When: Sunday, starting at 600pm, ending no later than 800pm 2) Where: Starting at the IBWHS Vermont St parking lot and fanning out through five-ish zones through the neighborhood between IBWHS and Fred Meyer 3) What: Trick-or-Treating door-to-door through the neighborhood, asking for non-perishable food for the Neighborhood House Food Pantry 4) How: We'll meet at the parking lot by 600pm and break into 4-6 teams of trick-or-treaters, each getting a mapped 'zone' to tackle over the two hours from 600pm-800pm.  Each team should have the following supplies - (1) Wagon or Cart; (2-4) 'Trick-or-Treat' Canvas bags to gather food to take to the wagon/cart; (3-6) people to cover both sides of the street....
